"Crime, Court and Community" on Thursday June 26th at the Otis Library The Norwich Branch will be doing a series of forums dealing with Crime, Court and Community. The first forum will be at 6:00 p.m. on June 26th at the Oits Llibrary in the community room. Guest speaker will be Officer Greg McDonald of the Norwich Police Department. His focus will deal with gangs. The forum is open to the public. |
