The NAACP 99th Birthday Celebration on Wednesday 20th February Connecticut State Conference of NAACP Branches presented this event at 6:30 pm at the Hartford Downtown Marriott Ballroom, 200 Columbus Boulevard. The keynote speaker was Dr Terry Mason, Surgeon and Urologist (Commissioner of Chicago Department of Public Health).
