Celebrating 46 years of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to educate, engage and enroll the youth in the Greater Norwich Area to participate in the Think Hard/Vote Hard Campaign focused on voter registration initiatives, education forums and mobilization efforts in the community. Participation by 100 High School students. Free and open to High School students.
