Who: The Greater Norwich Community Leadership Team (Parent Graduate Leadership Institute), CT Parent Power and Norwich Branch NAACP is made up of parents and concerned residents who have continued to be active in the City of Norwich with respect to issues concerning children and families.
What: A candidates' forum for the City of Norwich Board of Education is being held to allow parents and citizens to discuss and ask questions pertaining to educational issues that they believe are important to the education of all children in the Norwich Public School System.
