Who: The Greater Norwich Community Leadership Team (Parent Graduate Leadership Institute), CT Parent Power and Norwich Branch NAACP is made up of parents and concerned residents who have continued to be active in the City of Norwich with respect to issues concerning children and families.
What: A candidates' forum for the City Council for the City of Norwich is being held to allow parents and citizens to discuss and ask questions on topics and issues that are important to them with respect to the vision and direction of the City of Norwich.
