Sports Wellness Fair, 2009 Robertsine Duncan Basketball Tournament and Double Dutch Competition, September 5th and 6th This was held on September 5th and 6th at Daniel Jenkins Memorial Park, Mechanic Street. The Wellness Fair focused on Men’s Health and wass sponsored by Backus Hospital and UCFS. The Robertsine Duncan Basketball Tournament, in memory of Robertsine Duncan first Youth Advisor of the Norwich NAACP, is a single elimination Basketball tournament. Entertainment was provided by Enth Band, Tyler Adams, and other local talent.
